Orchid buds now opened

Maybe it was the overheating in the lounge room but it only took three days for the buds of the orchid to open out. I used pencils for the new sketch.

Three days? That is fast! It seems like flowers are starting to bloom too fast due to global warming, and some experts are worried that flowers might start blooming before the pollenating insects emerge. That could be nasty.
Having said that, the lilies in our new flowerbed have grown really quickly, but they're slow to bloom because the rain just won't quit.
