Two peacocks at a wildlife sanctuary

This morning we went to Jirrahlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary at Barwon Heads with our granddaughter. One of the drawings I dud was of two peacocks, one very colourful, the other albino - all white. For more pictures check out babasiga blog.

Great drawing Wendy, my peacocks are all normal blue although one has a white wing feather, his grandfather was pied!
Sounds as if you are being very busy.

I'd never seen a white peacock before and when he/she really put the feathers up it was a beautiful sight. I want to do a more detailed picture of the two birds with more exact colours to give to my granddaughter to take back to Fiji, but time is running out. Tonight there's a party and a lovo (underground oven with pork, etc.) is being prepared.
I must get thicker paper too - as many of my pics with watercolour paint get grey shadows when they are scanned because they wrinkle up.
